⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’ve been going to Firestone for all my car services and have always had a great experience. During my recent visit, Mel mentioned that my alignment was off and told me about their Lifetime Alignment package. It was honestly a no-brainer and a great value! Mel’s service was exceptional. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything without ever making me feel pressured. It’s that kind of customer service that keeps me coming back to Firestone. Highly recommend, and a big thank you to Mel for the exquisite service!

Had a great experience with the tire service at Firestone. Anthony was a huge help throughout the process. He was professional, knowledgeable, and straightforward, and took the time to answer my questions and explain everything clearly. Yesterday evening, approximately 6:10 PM, I discovered a leak in the air valve of my rear tire. Consequently, I traveled from Highland Boulevard to this establishment to have the tire repaired. I chose this location because it is well-known for its reputable brand. Before arriving, I verified the store’s closing time on Google and arrived at 6:22 PM. Upon arrival, I encountered an individual who appeared to be of Indian or Pakistani descent. I informed him of the issue, which was a minor repair. At that moment, I observed more than four individuals engaged in the repair of a single vehicle. However, the individual completely disregarded my request and suggested that I return the following day if I still needed assistance. This behavior was unacceptable, as I had traveled a considerable distance to seek help. I implored him to assist me, offering to pay a higher fee. Despite my efforts, he remained indifferent and stated that he did not have any work to perform on my tire. I informed him that I had verified the store’s closing time on Google, which indicated that it closed at 7 PM. He took the time to explain what my vehicle needed without any pressure or unnecessary upselling, which I really appreciated. If I could give 0 stars I would….Dropped of 7 rims and and 5 tires to mount and balance for my e39. I specifically let the manager that was there on Friday evening that the two rims that had tires on them were going to be given to my son for his e39 the rims only as I needed the tires for my car. Saturday afternoon I showed up as they stated of the phone should be ready in about an hour. Look at the two wheels that were for my son and they were damaged on the lips. Let the manager know and he stated that’s how they came in. I let him know that I did not give him the 2 rims that were for my son like that. The manager stated his wheel mounting machine would not cause that damage then proceeded to ask me how much was I paying for the service then asked me how much I paid to get me 5 wheels refinished that they were working on. The manager ask me what would he want me to do. I told him you should know you’re the manager at this place. He proceeded to tell me he knew this was going to happen . I replied if that was the case you should have never providing me with the service and I could have gone else where. Let the manager know I have pictures and a video of wheels and if he wanted to
